Here's a little about me:
   I'm Miss S. Fashion designer, seamstress, makeup artist, part time poet and foodie to the core. I LOVE FOOD! Any and all food, hot food, cold food, good food.

   I've had a love for fashion for as far back as I can remember, but the style bug hit me a little late. I was in sophmore in high school (where I began studying fashion design and merchandising, Fashion Industries high school! Whoop, whoop!) when I wore my first pair of tight jeans (tomboy 'til I die, I used to think) and as funny as this may sound, being around other high school girls that were up on style opened up for me. I began reading Vogue, Instyle, Harber's Bazaar, and W magazines and I found something in clothes and glamour that spoke to me. I love dressing up, putting on fabulous babbles and getting all made up to go out. A beat (makeup term) face always goes hand in hand with a great outfit, just like hair. One isn't complete without the other in my book!
Let me get back to the topic...
   So I'm 28 years old, have a little white maltese named Bailey and I'm an April baby. Which means I love warm-hot-stiffling weather. The hotter, the better. I love going to the beach and sitting taking in the people and sights, while I think of new things to sew, design and blog about. Inspiration can hit you anywhere, embrace it and bask in it. God gives us gifts and talents to use for the glorification of His kingdom. I pray that while your with me these few moments out of your day, you feel inspired, encouraged and uplifted.
